Governance Policies and Procedures

Thrive Foundation and its governing body harness good governance practices and ethical values of responsibility, accountability, fairness and transparency. Management actively cultivates a culture of ethical conduct and sets the values to which the organisation will adhere. Management act in good faith, in the best interests of the organisation and communities which we serve in order to support the organisations fundraising strategy and long term vision and objectives. As the organisation nurtures growth of communities and beneficiaries, we strive to build a reputation  and trust by enhancing relationships with donors in order that the organisation is able to source funding and is able to grow.

In the interest of transparency the foundation implements the following policies:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Conflict of Interest Policy
Involvement

Community Input Process

We believe vulnerable communities must attempt to help themselves; our projects largely rely on community input and active community involvement, particularly the young people to empower themselves and be the change.
